Thanksgiving is only a week away, I'm sure I'm not the only one looking forward to pigging out on turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, pie, and of course veggies (hey, it's good for you)...

Can you find the hidden turkey? :)

Having a potlock dinner? Use the thanksgiving guest list to plan ahead and make a list of what everyone will be bringing

Lessons and Worksheets

Aside from our favorite homeschoolers we also receive alot of feedback from teachers. Our wide range of lesson plans and vast array of worksheets have helped them add a little extra to their daily teachings.

Since we cater to children of all ages, most teachers take advantage of free printables when they don't have time to come up with lesson plans, or when they've run out of ideas.

Worksheets can be fun and simple, like teaching senses in science class:

Or learning about volume and surface area:

Whatever it may be, kids need to have fun while learning, and our range of free printables provides those options.

If you find that we are missing a crucial printable, feel free to add an item - located on our sidebar

Or let us know and we would be more than happy to produce the item for you.

Homeschooling

Halloween should be longer, 1 day is just not enough. Hopefully everyone had a happy halloween and now has their pantry stocked with candies!

Now that halloween is over, we can look forward to other holidays coming up. Like Christmas! More about Christmas later where we will have a feature on all of our christmas goodies :)

What's really on my mind now is Homeschooling. Everyday I get more and more surprised at the amount of parents who have decided to homeschool their children. I'm pretty much indifferent to homeschooling, since I was never homeschooled. But I know that my public schooling didn't offer much of an education - so maybe homeschooling would have been a good alternative.

The only problem with homeschooling is the budget. But that's where we come in. Amongst all of the fun items we have on our site, we also offer serious ones as well. We have a full range of worksheets and lessons that homeschoolers can take advantage of.

And much more...We would love to hear feedback from homeschooling parents, let us know if we're missing anything on our site and we would be happy to add it.
